Our Beach Villas are situated on the picturesque white sandy beaches and span across 103 square meters of space. These beachfront villas feature a stunning private garden that includes a generously sized plunge pool, as well as a spacious veranda for guests to relax and enjoy the breathtaking views. Additionally, each villa is equipped with a bathroom that includes a bathtub and an outdoor shower located in the back courtyard.

The 115 sqm Beach Suites are located on the beautiful white sand beaches of Ayada Maldives, offering a large bedroom, spacious veranda with sunbeds and a plunge pool in it's private garden. Ideal for families or couples who prefer a larger living space. Bathrooms of Beach Suites have a bath tub and a large back courtyard with outdoor shower.

Indoors, king-sized canopy beds, a spacious bathroom with twin sinks, indoor and outdoor showers and huge terrazzo bathtub make this style of beach-living a real pleasure. Offering absolute luxury and serenity over the Indian Ocean, our over-water Sunset Ocean Suites offer a master bedroom with private bathroom and a living area with a glass floor panel, an additional bathroom and pantry area, a huge sundeck with ocean hammocks and direct access to the lagoon and infinite views of the horizon.

Ideal for families traveling with older children, these west-facing over-water suites have two bedrooms; one with a glass floor panel and shower room, and the master bedroom with en suite full bathroom with separate tub and shower. Outside is a huge sundeck with dining table, over-water hammock, private pool, sun loungers, daybed and steps into the ocean below. Floor-to-ceiling windows line one side of both bedrooms ensuring direct access to the terrace and endless views of the horizon.
